A factory shed of approximately 10,000–20,000 sq. ft., suitable truck access and existing HT power with transformer are preferred. LT connections may be considered where upgrading is technically and commercially feasible.
Properties with indicative market value of ₹4–5 crore are of particular interest. A suitable site may be considered for factory operations and potentially as bank collateral, subject to independent valuation, legal due diligence, lender approval and applicable permits.
A property owner does not need to contribute cash to make an initial enquiry. Commercial arrangements are discussed privately with suitable prospective participants.
